Hollow Oak Land Trust

Director of the Environmental Journalism Program Christopher Rolinson made this video to promote the fantastic work Hollow Oak Land Trust is doing for our Pittsburgh community! Please vote at the Land Trust Alliance, so that the Hollow Oak will win the cash-prize to help keep up their hard work!

“Named for an ancient tree, Hollow Oak embodies the protection and connection of greenspace as refuge for wildlife and people alike. Aquatic species flourish in protected streams and wetlands, while owls and coyotes roam ridgetops and valleys, interwoven with human stewards into the fabric of land.”
